After the preliminary procedures, in an atmosphere of fraternity and prayer and, through the New modality of Formation, the chapter assembly works in the first week on the reconstruction of a first overall view of the Institute by listening to different points of view: that of the provincial superiors/di delegation, that of the superior general and the general treasurer, a comparison with the junior sisters and a shared, dialogued and updated re-reading of the Charters of Foundation.
The work takes place between assembly, group and personal moments. May 12th the chapter assembly listens via video conference to the shared outlook prepared by 8 junior sisters from the various juridical realities of the Institute. It was beautiful and precious occasion to meet our younger sisters and hear their voice and their experience of life in our religious family.
On some evenings the Chapter members make “Photo Tour” getting to know better different legal-territorial realities where we are present through some slides and the sharing of the sisters.
Thus the work of the chapter continues week after week…
