The logo

The logo wants to express the vitality of the gift received (the charism) that, incarnated in the diversities of the cultures, unfolds, develops more and more with time, in the history, and it is a flame that enlightens and in its turn pushes strongly towards the future. The protagonists of this movement are the Holy Spirit and the persons of different cultures, who, having encountered Jesus the Redeemer let themselves be moved by the Spirit to respond to the needs of the man of all ages.

  • Everything begins from the turret, on which the cross dominates, the place where Bartolomea used to gather the girls. From this initial founding experience of the charism a spiral starts.
  • The spiral indicates evolution, the continual rethinking of our significance for today (symbolically also the method of re-planning). A spiral that has its reference/axis in the founding experience of the charism (the turret) around which it revolves and that, going upward, becomes a flame.
  • The flame is strong, expresses power, action, light, testimony, …enlightens the journey. The flame is the charity kindled by the Spirit (the dove) whose wings project us towards the future.
  • The persons are all those who encounter Jesus the Redeemer and drink from the spirituality that wells up from the charism (sisters, laypeople, the brothers and sisters whom we meet in our apostolic service, etc.).
  • The colours, with their differences and shades, represent the continents and the diversity of the cultures.
