must consider herself no longer belonging to herself,
because she is already totally consecrated to Jesus; she
must therefore look on the world as her great adversary,
because the world is the adversary of Jesus Christ. But to
die to the world is not enough; we must above all die to
ourselves, that is, to our own evil inclinations and all our
            (overruling) passions.
On that same Sunday they will also pay three visits to
the Blessed Sacrament, and in each visit they will ask
Jesus to grant them his holy love. On the first Sunday of
every month, all the members will gather, if possible, for a

together make the intention to do everything for the sake of
Jesus alone, following for this act the intention called “Skill
in sanctifying every movement of the heart” and “Doing
everything in and with Jesus Christ”.
A special virtue is then set for practice throughout the
month, and a Saint or Holy Woman is chosen as a Protector
for the month, with special devotion to that particular Saint.

                                  Every week

On Sundays and Thursdays, members will devote
some time to meditation on the love of Jesus and, if
possible, it would be fitting to do it in Church. Besides, on
Thursdays, in the midst of each one’s work, an hour of
silence is observed; just as if they were before the Blessed
