This certainty consoles us Lord
and strengthens our hope.
You, we know, weep with those who weep,
enter the house of the one who has lost a dear one,
remain at the tomb of the one who is dead.
And then you look beyond.
You are the resurrection and the life,
You are the fragrance where there is smell of sickness,
You are the light when everything around becomes darkness,
You are the Word in silence,
You are the wind when the environment is suffocating,
You are the opening in the sealed wall,
You are the door to the closed house.
You are the freedom beyond death.
We believe in You, Resurrection and Life.
